Well, this is what we woke up to.
It is not that strange, we get snow once or twice a winter. It is supposed to be 60 tomorrow, so I kind of even enjoy it knowing that it won't be around for very long. Ryder is not nearly as impressed with it.
Daycare was actually open today (last Thursday they sent home a note warning that they may be closed today and tomorrow because there was a chance of 1-2 inches of snow). When Ryder and I got there this morning at 7:30, he was the only one there (there are usually about 20-25 kids there at that time). I pointed out to the three teachers who were fighting over who got to take him that he must be the only one with a mama from North Dakota.
Hopefully there will still be a little snow left at 5:00 so we can bundle up the little man and get some photos of him playing (or napping) in his first snow.
UPDATE: 3:00 pm - went to check the mail ... doesn't look good for snowman making at 5. Ryder might have to hold out for the next Oklahoma "blizzard".
