I guess I didn't read
this before I planned the party this year, or I forgot that I was never going to have it at our house again. Oh well, seems like we might be getting better at it as it seemed to go off relatively well this year. I think it helped that mom was here to help.
We had a tractor theme, because we love all things John Deere green. The cake was especially awesome (both looking and tasting) and that is good because I spent most of the college fund on it. Next year I will remember to close the blinds before taking photos.
It was a beautiful day, which isn't usually the case in Oklahoma in June. We were able to sit outside and visit and play without dying of heatstoke. Trent and Kevin grilled, we had cake, and opened presents. It was a good day filled with family and friends.
