Too close for comfort

The garden is coming along nicely, we have had a few good rain showers and some warm, sunny days. The hail we got a couple weeks ago was small enough that it didn't seem to do any damage, and so far all the neighborhood critters have left things alone.

Left to right we have radishes, onions, potatoes, green beans, green peppers, and cucumbers (they aren't very photogenic).

Now this is the first year we have planted a garden, and suffice it to say that we don't really know what we are doing. Based on the radish below, I would say we planted them a wee bit too close together. No blue ribbon at the county fair for that guy. Still tasted pretty good tho ...

  1. Great Job Drennan's! Where are the tomatoes? A garden needs tomatoes. Where as you couldn't feed an army, I know you will enjoy having fresh veggies. Way to go!
