Sticker Attack

It was a fabulous January day, and we took full advantage of it by playing outside all day. There were chickens to chase, goats to herd, and general trouble to get into.

He was smart for not wanting to go into that pasture. Shortly after the this video, we climbed the fence and checked out the hay situation where the cows were grazing. Instead of getting on the gator, Ryder ran through the pasture and fell down right in a sticker patch. There was much screaming, a little crying, and full removal of his pants (it was a nice day, but it was still January). While we got some of the stickers out of his legs, this is what they looked like 2 days later:

From now on, we either wear jeans to the farm or stay on the gator. Ouch!
