Halloween 2012

I ordered Ryder's costume online in like July, and honestly forgot all about until last week. He had never actually had it on until it was time to trick-or-treat, and luckily it fit. With his new-found appreciation for hats, he even managed to keep that on all evening. He was disinterested in the golf bag and clubs, surely because they were made of soft fabric and he could not break anything with them.

He was really into giving AWAY the candy, and luckily we were at Grandma Carol's house where there were plenty of kids for him to spoil. He would keep putting candy into their bags as long as the ghosts and goblins would stand at the basket, and most of them were more than happy to let him dish it out. We did make it to a house or two, but since he doesn't speak he had to let cousins Lilly and Emily do the talking for him.

A couple people asked what he was dressed as, as someone suggested Sherlock Holmes. With Grandma's furniture and doilies in the background, he does look a little British ...

He was carrying his own clubs at this point, but soon hired mama on as his caddie

I believe he was pointing to his last shot, slicing toward the 7th green.

Despite Lilly (Handy Manny) and Emily (Southern Belle) showing him the ropes, he had no idea what to do when being offered candy. Little man needs to get out more.

The video did not go so well, he was much more into terrorizing Grandma's cats than posing for me and the camera, but you get the idea.
